Terms of Use

Last updated: June 22, 2026 (Version 2)

This document is available in several languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

1. Operator

Fraiven is operated by Urban Mobility DOO, Republic of Serbia.
Contact: [email protected]

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fraiven. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts and Authentication

You can sign in via Telegram, Google, or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. The Service — Platform Only

Fraiven is a technical platform that helps users discover activities, create and join meetups, communicate, and request bookings at third-party venues. Fraiven does not organize, host, supervise or control meetups, participants, venues or activities, and makes no guarantees as to any outcome. The service is provided to facilitate organization between users — nothing more.

6. Meetups and Events — No Guarantee They Take Place

Users may create and join meetups with different visibility settings (public, restricted, or interest-based). Gathering interested people for an activity does not guarantee that a meetup will actually happen. Whether and how a meetup takes place — time, place, and details — is up to the participants, who must agree among themselves, including in the meetup chat. The creator of a meetup is responsible for its organization, content and conduct, but Fraiven is not a party to and does not guarantee any meetup.

By default, a meetup is intended to take place once at least three people join. As an organizer you may lower this number, but you do so at your own responsibility. For your safety we recommend meeting in groups of three or more and in public places. By default, meetups are public or shared within a community; limiting a meetup to your friends is simply one of the available visibility options.

7. Community Rules and Code of Conduct

Fraiven relies on respectful, civil communication. When using meetups, groups and chats, you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect and communicate politely
  • Respect other people's rules, boundaries and the rules of each meetup or group
  • Refrain from insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or other rude or abusive behavior
  • Not post unlawful, deceptive or harmful content

8. Reporting and Removal from Meetups or Groups

To keep the community safe and welcoming:

  • Users can report a message they consider abusive, spam, or impolite. Repeated or multiple reports of the same message may lead to its author being removed from that meetup or group.
  • The owner or organizer of a meetup or group may, at their discretion, consider a message to be spam, impolite or otherwise inappropriate and may remove the message and/or exclude the user from that meetup or group.
  • You can also block another user; once blocked, they will no longer see the meetups you organize.
  • Fraiven may also remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts where necessary to enforce these Terms.

To report a specific message, use the report option on that message. For anything else — including reporting a user or any other concern — contact us at [email protected].

A violation of the Community Rules (section 7) or any other provision of these Terms is grounds for action. Depending on the severity of the violation and whether it is repeated, such action may include a warning, removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at Fraiven's discretion.

Removal from a meetup or group is a decision of its owner/organizer or of Fraiven; Fraiven is not responsible for such decisions made by users.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant Fraiven a non-exclusive license to host, display and use it as needed to operate, provide and maintain the service. We do not use the private content of your messages to train AI models. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.

10. Sign-ups, Bookings and Reservations

Fraiven may let you request, free of charge, an online sign-up or booking with a third-party venue or business (the "provider") — for example, signing up for a service or an appointment, or reserving a table. When you submit a request, you provide a contact phone number, and Fraiven passes that number and your request details to the provider so it can contact you and confirm or adjust the booking.

We do our best to pass your request along promptly and to help you secure it. However, Fraiven acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider, so the final confirmation, availability, timing and conditions always depend on the provider itself. The provider may confirm, change, decline or cancel a request for its own reasons — for example, lack of availability or its own policies. For that reason Fraiven cannot guarantee any booking and is not responsible for cancellations, errors, overbooking, service quality, refusal of service or other issues that arise on the provider's side. Fraiven does not process payments or handle any money for these bookings — it only forwards your request and keeps you informed; any payment is made directly to the provider, on site, according to the provider's own price list. You are responsible for following the provider's own rules for your booking — for example, its rules on cancellation, no-shows, deposits or arrival time.

11. Chats and Communications

You are responsible for all communications you send and must follow the Community Rules in section 7. Do not send unlawful, abusive, harmful or spam content.

12. Recommendations Disclaimer

Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Fraiven does not guarantee their accuracy, availability or safety.

13. Third-Party Services

Fraiven is not responsible for third-party venues, events, services or websites referenced through the platform.

14. Offline Activities, Venues, Safety and Assumption of Risk

User meetups. Meetups are organized by users, not by Fraiven. Fraiven does not screen or verify users and does not carry out identity, background or criminal-record checks. We make no guarantees regarding the identity, conduct, safety, legality or suitability of any user or meetup. Participation in meetups and interaction with other users occurs entirely at your own risk.

Venues and activity providers. Any venue, business or activity provider listed on or booked through the platform is an independent third party, not an agent or employee of Fraiven, and is solely responsible for its premises, services and activities, including their safety and any licenses or insurance required for them.

Assumption of risk. You acknowledge that activities — particularly physical, outdoor or adventure activities — may carry inherent risks, and you choose to take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

Safety. For your safety we recommend meeting in public places, in groups of three or more, and letting someone you trust know your plans. Use your own judgment, and use the reporting and blocking tools if something feels wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraiven is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, damages, losses, disputes or other consequences arising from meetups, venues, activities or user interactions.

15. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Harassment, abuse, hate speech or threats
  • Spam or deceptive behavior
  • Posting unlawful or infringing content
  • Interfering with, attacking or misusing the platform

16. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraiven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from meetups, reservations, or user interactions.

18. Changes

Fraiven may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
