2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
3. Service
Fraiven is a platform that enables users to discover activities, create meetups, communicate with other users, and request assistance with reservations at third-party venues.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for their interactions with other users and third parties.
5. Meetups
Users may create and manage meetups with different visibility settings (public, restricted, or interest-based). The creator is solely responsible for the organization, content, and conduct of the meetup.
6. Offline Activities Disclaimer
Fraiven provides a technical platform only. Fraiven does not organize, host, supervise, verify, or control meetups, participants, locations, or activities.
Fraiven does not screen or verify users and makes no guarantees regarding identity, conduct, safety, legality, or suitability of any user or meetup.
Participation in meetups and interaction with other users occurs entirely at the user's own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraiven is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, damages, losses, disputes, or other consequences arising from meetups or user interactions.
7. Bookings and Reservations
The service may allow users to request assistance with reservations at third-party venues (e.g. restaurants, bars, or events).
Fraiven acts solely as an intermediary assisting with communication between users and third-party venues. Fraiven is not a party to any reservation or agreement between users and venues.
All reservations are subject to the terms, policies, and availability of the respective venue. Fraiven does not guarantee availability, confirmation, timing, or conditions of any reservation.
Fraiven is not responsible for any cancellations, errors, overbooking, service quality, refusal of service, or any other issues related to third-party venues.
Users are solely responsible for complying with venue policies, including attendance, cancellation, and conduct requirements.
8. Chats and Communications
Users are responsible for all communications and must not send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
9. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Fraiven a license to use it for operating and improving the service.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Harassment or abuse
- Posting unlawful or infringing content
- Interfering with the platform
11. Recommendations Disclaimer
Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Fraiven does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or safety.
12. Third-Party Services
Fraiven is not responsible for third-party venues, events, or services.
13. Moderation
Fraiven may remove content or restrict access where necessary.
14. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraiven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from meetups, reservations, or user interactions.
16. Changes
Fraiven may update these Terms at any time.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
